Whistleblowing System

Our Compliance Manager, Michel Brimeyer, is available to answer any question or doubt you may have about the Code of Business Conduct or any other question in relation to ethics or compliance.

In accordance with our Code of Conduct and applicable law, we make whistleblowing channels available not only to employees[1] but also to other persons we deal with professionally, in particular to self-employed persons or employees of contractors, subcontractors or suppliers as well as shareholders and Board members.

Any person who would have obtained information in the context of its professional activities with Power Panels S.A.  in relation to any acts or omissions which are unlawful, or which could conflict the object or purpose of applicable laws, including human rights violations and serious ethical concerns can confidentially submit this information through the channels described hereafter.

The person who will have submitted such information will be protected against any form of reprisals.  In order to benefit from this protection, he/she must have had reasonable grounds to believe that the information was true at the time when it was submitted.

The confidential channels that the person can use to alert the Encevo Group, to which Power Panels S.A. belongs, are as follows:
